2008 Altivation Software National User Conference
October 28-30, 2008

It’s time to make plans for the 2008 Altivation User Conference which will be held in Lake Tahoe, Nevada
October 28-30 at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino at Incline Village.

This is the perfect opportunity to increase your Hemasphere expertise and network with other
Hemasphere users from around the country. The conference is free and open to all Hemasphere users.
We encourage everyone who uses (or will use) Hemasphere in your organization to attend.

This registration form does NOT place your reservation with the hotel. Please follow the reservation link below to contact the hotel.

Spouses/family members/significant others are welcome to attend and join us but will need to cover the cost of their meals or conference activities. If you are planning on bringing a guest with you, please follow the link below for the costing sheet to fill out and return.

We recommend flying into Reno (45 minutes away) which is serviced by American, Continental, Delta, Southwest, United and several other major airlines. Rental car or shuttle service is available between the airport and resort. Click here for more information.
